What are printable discounts? |
| |
| |
When you register your Entertainment book online at Entertainment.com, you can print 50%-off and 2-for-1 discounts that are not found in your book. New discounts are added frequently, so check back often for savings at your favorite establishments. |

How do I print discounts? |
| |
| |
Printing is easy! |
| |

Browse through the discounts on Entertainment.com using the search box at the top of the page or the categories in the left-hand column. |

Look for discounts that say “Printable Discount” under the “Discount” column. |
|

If you find a discount that you would like to print, click on the merchant name to display the discount details. |
|

Click the “Print Coupon” button, read the terms and conditions of the discount, and click the “I Accept” button. |
|

You may be prompted to download the Flash Player at this point. It’s easy to do, totally FREE, and printing coupons requires Flash, so go ahead and follow the simple instructions to download it. |

If you already have the Flash Player, or once you’ve downloaded it, the printing process will resume. All you have to do is click “Yes” in the print dialogue box, and your coupon will print. |

When do printable discounts expire? |

| |
All Entertainment printable coupons are good for two weeks. Please check the coupon for the “Valid From” and “Valid Thru” dates. |

Can I print discounts from a book I have not registered? |

| |
You can only print discounts for books that you have registered online. A list of the books you have registered online can be found in the left column of Entertainment.com. |

I am having trouble printing my discount. What should I do? |
| |

Make sure that you do not have a pop-up killer enabled. Our print technology utilizes a pop-up window, and a pop-up killer will restrict your ability to print correctly. |

Make sure your printer is on, and plugged into your computer and an electrical outlet. |
|
| |
• |
Make sure your printer is online. (To ensure it’s online, try to print from one of your applications such as Microsoft Word.) |

Make sure there’s paper in your printer, and check to ensure it isn’t jammed. |

Check you printer’s cartridge, ribbon or toner. |
|

Our print technology uses the Flash Player. If you do not have Flash installed on your computer, you will be prompted to download it during the coupon printing process. If you know you do not have the Flash Player, and you weren’t prompted to download it, click here to download it now. Downloading the Flash Player is absolutely FREE. |

WebTV users cannot currently print coupons on Entertainment.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience. You can always use a friend or family member’s computer – or even one at your local library to print your coupons. All you have to do is go to Entertainment.com. sign in, and proceed as you normally would at home. |
